We purchased quite a large number of toys (mostly with an educational leaning) for some home-packs for children in need of support in our area (following a successful funding bid). We are a charity/CIC but very small so the personal attention, immediate response & assistance plus great delivery (we are in Somerset, nowhere near the shop) were fantastic.
