What made my experience great was due to a misunderstanding of times and dates for a home delivery. Tickerty boo staff bent over backwards to help me, make a bad situation better.It was late in the afternoon and the staff were amazing sorting this bad situation, might I say was escalating on my side. They calmly corrected the situation. The delivery was made that same evening. A Big Thank You Sam.

Wonderful.

Really happy with the whole service. Bought a jelly cat for Christmas, it’s sold out everywhere I look but Tickety had it. Ordered on a Friday night, received via Royal Mail on the following Thursday. I don’t mind the slow delivery because I’m not in a rush but others might want to keep that in mind. An improvement would be the addition of PayPal rather than having to use my card directly. Overall, a happy customer that would recommend to others and I would shop here again.
