TileBar customer service has no idea what is going on and makes little effort to find out. I ordered tile 12 days ago and they said it would ship in 3/5 days. I reached out for an update and was notified the tile is out of stock. I had to reach out to find this out. Then they tell me is in in stock but can’t tell me when it’s going to ship. I’m on a tight timeline for the project and now it’s been over 11 days and they continue to tell me it will ship in “3-5 business days”. I’ve worked in distribution before, it’s not that difficult to reach out to your supplier and get a ship date. That’s the point of distribution.
