Fast friendly service! Great prices, Great products! Only issue I had was my flower vase water pipe broke easily due to glass being so thin. Slight impact did it in 😞. Only used it about a week sadly. Be careful on the more decorative pieces as they may be constructed with thinner glass is all and not Toker Supply fault.
Rude and unresponsive customer service. I never received my item due to their failure to deliver to the appropriate address. Instead of remedying the issue, they first ignored my emails and calls , then, once they finally responded, they blamed me. When I canceled payment due to no receipt of the item, they wrote me a nasty note. Blows my mind how they are still in business.
My ordered item arrived broken on Jun 24th.(Order#13492) I contacted the support email with pictures of my broken item and my order number as instructed on the packing list such and event should happen and have yet to have heard a response. Poor experience. Do not recommend purchase unless you dig broken products.
