I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience with Toolsource. First and foremost, the price I received did not match the price advertised. I was quoted one amount upfront, only to be hit with hidden fees and unexpected charges later on. The lack of transparency felt dishonest and predatory.Worse than the pricing issues, the behavior of the staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I encountered blatant racism during my interaction, which is completely unacceptable in any context, let alone from a business that claims to serve a diverse clientele. The dismissive tone, discriminatory remarks, and overall lack of respect left me feeling hurt and humiliated.This is not just a matter of poor service — it's about a company that seems to have no regard for basic decency or integrity. I would strongly advise others to avoid this business. There are plenty of other companies that charge fair prices, treat customers with respect, and conduct themselves professionally — this is not one of them.

Your website showed an item for $384 and $21.00 for 2 day shipping. 4 days later when I asked where my item was I was told I paid for regular shipping (which wasn't even an option) and was told the price of the part was wrong on the website, it was actually $530. Big difference and you won't honor the price that was on the website. Not my fault and I already quoted it to my customer. Last time I'll "try" and buy from you!
