I made a mistake on a order. I try calling the customer number, but nobody was available. I sent them a email, they reply back that they processed the order and there was nothing they can do. Horrible customer service. Never ordering from this company again.UpdatedYour customer service is still horrible. I called your number 5 times, and couldn't reach anyone. I emailed you 15 mins after I placed the order. You don't have any customer service rep covering email or phone. You took the order and don't care about your customer. Your excuse is weak.
