If I could give zero stars I would. The charizard GX box I bought through them was not packaged well and came in smashed and box was partially open. The cards inside were damaged. Their customer service kept making excuses after I sent them pictures and videos prior to me opening and eventually opening the box. The cards were damaged and I said I wanted a refund and return. If I wanted damaged cards or a box, I would have bought that for cheaper. I had to contact Walmart who said they couldn’t do anything until my bank was involved and their reviews on there are terrible as well. I got my bank involved to show them the entire email chain with pictures and videos. they saw how bad their customer service was and helped me get my money back. These people sell stuff overpriced and don’t care about you. Don’t waste your time or money here. Toywaste should be the company name.
