Three days after placing an order I made an e-mail inquiry about the order status and expected dispatch date. Six days later still I had received no answer and no shipping/trace notification as promised.
I therefore requested the order cancelled and a confirmation to that effect, to which I received a churlish response containing no pertinent information whatsoever. I therefore repeated my request for a cancellation confirmation, to which I have still received no reply.
Trident was quite happy to take a promise of payment for over a thousand dollars from me but was equally happy to forego any obligation or ethical considerations in return. As far as I'm concerned this is a flighty and delinquent company.
