I recieved a wrong product from them, I can not use the recieved product. I ordered and payed the correct item. Then the problems started. So They send me the wrong product. Can happen… but…they refused to send me the correct item.They refused to pay me back.They refused to send me labels for retour wrong product.They only offre me 5€ to shut up…It’s not because I could get 5€ from them, that my problem is solved.They describe this offre as the best They can do…. Very strange … and strange attitude in this case…. Not willing to get the correct item that I have ordered.The only Answer I get is that They Will improve in the future for other customers. Very strange attitude.So please be ware of this company! I lost my Money to a wrong and useless Product. 0% customercare and 0% of willing to resolve the problem on a normal way…. Do not buy there!
