Review Time
My order for an endoscope camera compatible with iPhone was confirmed. Delivered was however a product for Android, not compatible with iPhone. The company refuses refund or a new product, but offers a 3 euro compensation. I guess that they safely assume that the customer will not take legal action for a relatively small loss.
This is a totally scam store. You think your buy something in Germany, but you make payments to USA. I bought an artikel off 11€ , but at the end it costs 22€. And when you receive it, it's the wrong artikel. If you ask your money back , they say you have to send the artikel to Hong Kong , at your costs, before they give your money back. ( costs more then the artikel) So : dont buy anything at Trierwein.de !!!!!
I recieved a wrong product from them, I can not use the recieved product. I ordered and payed the correct item. Then the problems started. So They send me the wrong product. Can happen… but…they refused to send me the correct item.They refused to pay me back.They refused to send me labels for retour wrong product.They only offre me 5€ to shut up…It’s not because I could get 5€ from them, that my problem is solved.They describe this offre as the best They can do…. Very strange … and strange attitude in this case…. Not willing to get the correct item that I have ordered.The only Answer I get is that They Will improve in the future for other customers. Very strange attitude.So please be ware of this company! I lost my Money to a wrong and useless Product. 0% customercare and 0% of willing to resolve the problem on a normal way…. Do not buy there!
Strange company. I clicked to buy something from a facebook-advertisement that popped-up in my feed. Everything is in German (which I understand well), as well as the company name. So I assume it's a German company. Then I track my order and my parcel comes from the United States, which I found bizarre. When it finally arrives it says on the parcel that it comes from China. What I bought is related to, but not really what was shown in the advertisement. It's misleading. Of course...when you see an ad and you click to buy, you assume that specific product will be send. But it wasn't. And guess what? To return the product is at cost of the buyer. And since the products are so cheap, it's not really worth sending it back and paying for the costs. By the way...return to where: China, United States, Germany? It's all very vague...On top of all...when I sent a complaint mail, it came back undeliverd. Their costumer service mailadress is not valid and my mail came back undelivered.
