I've been a customer for almost 10 years, and this is the first time I got an issue with them. I placed an order during August, then few days later their site went offline, and I receive an email confirmation that my order is on the way with a tracking number. It's been more than 3 months since then, my package never arrived, the tracking number from USPS never updated its status, and they are not replying to my emails. I've been sending them to different support emails on their website, none of that have responded...I'll leave this review until my situation is properly addressed.
