All I wanted was an idea of when the cards and Edge of Eternities box I pre-ordered, and despite multiple messages they never reached out. The only thing they did was change the date of my order for some reason.Their Customer Service line was impossible to get through on, sometimes showing as Disconnected or instantly hanging up on the call.Ultimately I had to use a chargeback with Paypal in order to get my money back, which I warned them I would do if they didn't reply.
