I’ve been relatively happy with the Trucknav I got as a birthday present November 2023 but within 10 months it stopped charging once plugged in to a unit, I have numerous chargers as I carry spares and none of them would charge it, same chargers worked fine with my spare nav an XGODYI returned it thinking I was still under warranty, turns out there’s no warranty as suchChris returned my nav still not working in a truck which quite honestly is where it needs to work, not in a kitchen on a counterI’ve returned it for a second time and it’s still not backMeanwhile I bought a NAVPAL for £63 on eBay, about £45 less than Trucknav but came extremely well presented, good construction of the screen compared to both the above and good technical back up (I phoned and got help setting up my speed readout ) so we will seeDisappointed as I’ve recommended TRUCKNAV to pupils and fellow drivers and I felt I got poor service when things went wrong
