Husband rang the customer helpline this morning and spoke to Chris...the sat nav had frozen.Chris said take sim out...back in then wait 10 mins.15 mins later rang him back and he said I told you wait half hour.Then rang back after 30 mins no reply...he then rang hubby back shouting why are you ringing me 8 times I can't help everybody.His attitude was very rude and abrasive...and totally unhelpful...this satnav is only 13 months old but its obvious he's not willing to help and should not be manning a HELPLINE!
