Really impressed with the after sales team. I bought a vanity unit with 2 drawers, several years ago, but recently noticed that one drawer was a little wobbly. When I looked, I saw that there were 2 screws missing so phoned Roca for advice. I hoped to find the product code and buy a pack. I was asked to email in and was connected to Megann. Megann was AMAZING! She looked into it and found that you had to buy the drawer too. She then said that she had a few in the office that might just fit. She posted them out to me (without cost) and they are spot on. Megann definitely went above and beyond and I’m really grateful to her.
