I ordered headphones from Apple UAE. UPS started delivering them to me. The address is correct. Since September 30, the status of my two shipments has been “unable to deliver, address update in progress.” I write letters to customer support every day, but apart from a template response and a link to update my address, they don't send me anything else. Over the weekend, I filled out this form, and every day I see a message saying that my shipment is on hold. Every day I write and ask them to deliver the shipment to the address or, if something is unclear, to call the phone number provided. My messages are simply ignored. Sometimes they ask for the tracking number, and sometimes they send a link to correct the address again.
