Review Time
I ordered headphones from Apple UAE. UPS started delivering them to me. The address is correct. Since September 30, the status of my two shipments has been “unable to deliver, address update in progress.” I write letters to customer support every day, but apart from a template response and a link to update my address, they don't send me anything else. Over the weekend, I filled out this form, and every day I see a message saying that my shipment is on hold. Every day I write and ask them to deliver the shipment to the address or, if something is unclear, to call the phone number provided. My messages are simply ignored. Sometimes they ask for the tracking number, and sometimes they send a link to correct the address again.

If there is a competition about been the worst congratulations you got it . I don't want even to give you one star because you don't deserve it you guys please stop doing this job wasting your times and ours . You keep delaying orders and don't contact and no one reply just ai
They mistakenly charged me a double payment for the delivery, and they haven't been able to return it to me for a month now.At first, they wrote to me that they had copied everything correctly and argued with me.Then they agreed after providing all the checks.They asked me for the account details and again they didn't return anything.I don't recommend it
Very bad. I was expecting a shipment from USA they just delivered it to wrong place without even calling the number. Office number, name complete address was there still it was delivered just like that to someone. When I called their call center she said operations will call me back and gave me reference number. It’s 3 hours now no call back. Entire team is unprofessional I taught its only driver. Now when I am trying to call them they just put on hold and hang up phone.
Pathetic service. Supposed to receive my apple product within 2 days and it's been 1 week now. Initially they couldn't contact me due to not updated phone number in my apple account. Then I had figure out to update my phone number. Even after updating the phone number it's been 3 days to receive a local package. My package number is 1ZA2399V0451521665
