I received an order number US4328 and it came with a broken glass in it, because it obviously wasn't packed correctly. I took pictures when it was delivered and I discovered it was broken. I emailed them to you. I sent a second email after receiving no reply. I received no reply from my bank. This lack of communication was highly disappointing. I also asked about some products I were interested in that are only available in the UK, and that I would be willing to pay international shipping on a larger order. I received no communication on that either, I have already reached out to my bank about the broken glass on my order - and will be following up shortly.
