I received an order number US4328 and it came with a broken glass in it, because it obviously wasn't packed correctly. I took pictures when it was delivered and I discovered it was broken. I emailed them to you. I sent a second email after receiving no reply. I received no reply from my bank. This lack of communication was highly disappointing. I also asked about some products I were interested in that are only available in the UK, and that I would be willing to pay international shipping on a larger order. I received no communication on that either, I have already reached out to my bank about the broken glass on my order - and will be following up shortly.
Top notch quality and service! The Tiki tins are in my opinion the best ones on the market. The etching on the tins give you a little bit of grip, they’re light weight, incredibly durable. I’ve bought six sets of tins, the spoon, the strainers and the mixing tin. Incredible quality for the price
