This is not my first order. I have ordered a dog collar and watch in the past. The quality of the products is acceptable/good for the price. The problem I had is that I received my order after 3 weeks. The other order was fine and arrived quickly. I contacted the customer support and they apologized due to the usual number of orders they had received at the time. I would recommend hiring part-time fulfillment employees when your company receives a high flow of orders so delivery times don't get too delayed. Please consider this in future...
