VICTORS HaleWe travelled over an hour to get to Victor's Hale as it was the Lunch choice of the "Birthday Girl".The service was OK, it wasn't busy, but we had to wait to order drinks.I had the Steak Sandwich and chips. It looks so unappetising, with two smallish rounds of dry toast with a thin layer of beef inside, cut in half with sticks in to keep it together..... not required. And a hand full of fries in a container. There was absolutely no finesse in the presentation, not a lettuce leaf, not even a slice of cucumber! Not to spoil the day, I said nothing. Another annoying thing is that we were charged for our 18mth old granddaughter's food. I found out that food was free for children Mon-Fri via an email sent by Victors after our visit. I checked on the website and it stated the same.My daughter email them stating our findings - their answer...... nothing, we are still waiting months later!Not impressed, so we won't be going again!
