Very poor customer service.Ordered an item to be shipped to the UK.No tracking information available for 3 weeks and now on the DHL site the tracking number appear incorrect.Contacted them once, very unhelpful and now I contacted for a refund that I don't know if I'm going to receive.Stay away from this company!!!
