Setting up an account with a gift subscription you still have to provide your credit card. They don't charge you until your gift subscription is up then they assume you want your subscription to continue. They provide no phone number so I'm still waiting to get refunded and while I'm waiting they ship another record which will make it so much harder now to get refunded.Overall their site and customer service is awful
