I would give a zero star if they have it. Never make purchases from this company. The customer service is really bad. I made an order last November and called them several times just to change a payment method. One representative couldn't find my account, the other one couldn't find my order and the others promised me to change the payment method, but never made it right. What makes me really angry is that I just found my credit card was charged of $230 for the order that I didn't place. I couldn't reach the customer service and just called my credit card company. I hope that I can get my money back! I am really curious about if there is any department that I can turn to for help. This is not the way to do business!
