I am very unhappy with your service. I have been a member since 2014. I have for the past couple of years have been buying your unlimited shipping. About 4 months ago I went onto your site to change my credit card information, as I had cancelled my previous card. I thought I had done this successfully, however when it was time for my scheduled shipment it just sat there in in progress status for about 2 weeks until I call. I was told my CC was not valid. When I asked what cc they were using it was the one I cancelled. So I gave them the new cc again and received my scheduled shipment. Now comes Oct 18 I see my chard for subscription renewal was in progress. I waited for it to clear. Now on 10/29/2016 order SO08851749 I noticed there a shipping charge added to my order. When I call I was told I no longer had the free shipping. When I asked what happened I was told that my cc was denied. When I asked what cc they used I was told it was the one I cancelled and replaced months before (which I had to do twice ). Come to find out you do not coordinate your accounts and so that brings me to now. After calling your service center 6 times (3 times talking to a supervisor) trying to straighten this issue out I am at the point I cannot order wine from your web site and the above mentioned order which I cancelled is still showing in progress. I was told the info was sent to the IT dept. at least twice maybe 3 times without being resolved. Now your last supervisor told me he was going to refund my yearly shipping cost and give me free shipping for a year ( I will believe it when I see it) But sill I cannot use your website. I am an IT professional and I know it does not take anyone 3 weeks to look at this website issue. Like I mentioned there is still a cancelled shipment in pending state for since . I still get the message that you are sorry but you cannot add this order to my account and I need to call customer service to take care of this issue.....WHICH I HAVE DONE 6 TIMES WITH NOT RESULTS.I am about total fed up with this and I am considering quitting this wine club , not because I do not like the wines but you customer server is not getting the job done!
