I would give zero stars if I could.Order number WOB250818015121393I ordered two items from your company, one of which was sent without the required protective sticker. When I requested a return, I was asked to provide pictures showing the items with stickers. I explained that one item was sent to me without a sticker, yet I was then told to keep the item and offered only a 50% refund. I refused and requested a full refund instead.Since then, this has turned into an endless loop: I am repeatedly asked for pictures, pressured to keep unwanted goods, and forced to wait at least 24 hours on a business day for each reply. The issue remains unresolved.This is an extremely frustrating experience, and I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this company.
