I ordered two swimsuits and a pair of shorts. None of them fit properly. They are way off-sized. I contacted customer service at the email address for an exchange and got this crazy email stating that I can keep them and pay only $15 for each replacement plus pay for shipping. Why would I want to keep swimwear that doesn't fit? Then I got offered 30% refund to keep them. Still I'd have to purchase the items in a difference size. Again, why keep suits that don't fit? Then I was told to return, I'd have to ship to a mysterious different address, not the one on the packaging, because that's not really their address AND 10 days after they received the items, they'd send replacement. PLUS I had to provide photos that the liner was still in tact. Why wouldn't they see that when they got the suits returned? It is so sketchy. I chose the replacement (which means I'll probably never see the suits or my money again) yet after several follow-up emails, they only responded with the SAME FREAKING email that outlines the options of return. STILL NO RETURN ADDRESS. UNREAL. The sad part is that the suits are cute and well made, but this company DOES NOT CARE that you don't have what they advertised. I will be contacting the ACCC, Fair Trading NSW and the Consumer Ombudsman to file complaints.
I ordered this item at the end of September. I still have no idea when it will arrive. I tried to cancel but they won't. I wish I had checked the bad reviews,! I would love my money back but I guess that won't happen either. Do not order from them.
Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered from this company. It’s over two weeks since I placed my order which apparently has been in transit for the past 8 days and I can’t seem to get any updates. Unless it arrives today it won’t arrive in time for my holiday. Will never order from them again.

When I requested a return, I was asked to provide pictures showing the items with stickers. I explained that one item was sent to me without a sticker, yet I was then told to keep the item and offered only a 50% refund. I refused and requested a full refund instead.Since then, this has turned into an endless loop: I am repeatedly asked for pictures, pressured to keep unwanted goods, and forced to wait at least 24 hours on a business day for each reply. The issue remains unresolved.This is an extremely frustrating experience, and I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this company.
If Customer Service wasn't so very bad, I probably would have given at least three stars. The swimsuits are nice for the money. But you better be careful ordering your size because if you need to make a return you can forget about it. My package came with an item missing. I have been getting the runaround from their "customer service". They claim to be having issues with the logistics company but ask me to wait before they can handle it for me. All I want is a refund on the item that is missing or a replacement of the item. That's not happening obviously. I have been writing back-and-forth for over a month with no joy.Last email they asked me to do the legwork on the original package to find out if I received it. Yes I received it!! I don't know how many times I can say that an item was missing from that package!! So very frustrating, so I finally gave up and will just have to eat the $24 that I spent on the cover-up that was missing. I have always bought Lablanca bathing suits in the past.And will continue to. They are expensive for a good reason.
DO NOT USE this company if you expect that you might want to return an item. I ordered 2 skorts in size S and 2 in size XS as I was not sure which size I needed. I intended to return the wrong size but the company makes it as difficult as possible to accept returns. After 4 weeks of arguing for a return code, the items were received by the company 3 weeks ago, and I have not had a refund and have given up hope of getting one. I want to report them to an ombudsman/consumer service as they need to prevented from continuing their online sales.The reply posted is typical of all of their emails. I think it is a computer bot with a ready written response that they send again and again but no actual action is taken. A meaningful response and refund is awaited.
Want to report again this is a company to avoid. Website says easy returns. They make it miserable to return an item and say it could be 15-30 days before you get an approved refund. They kept offering a lower price to keep an item I didn't want. So annoying. Shops that sell on line need to understand the need for returns. STAY AWAY
The swimsuit arrived yesterday. I’m really impressed with the fabric and workmanship. And I’m a seamstress! The fit is perfect. I’m 5’6, 127 lbs. 72years old. I ordered a tankini with boy shorts in a Medium. The built in bra is the best fit I’ve encountered with one. My only complaint has been with the payment and ordering processing. I felt that I had to stay on top of it. The communication isn’t the best. It took about 10 days to receive it, which was good. I f I hadn’t asked for better communication I don’t know if I would have received it that soon.
