Ordered 3 swimsuits on 1/1/2024. Received notification 1/7/2024 with a tracking number however, USPS has not picked up the order. 1/12/2024 contacted Walk ON Beach regarding the order and that there were only 2 swimsuits being shipped however, still being charged full amount of 3 swimsuits? I received no correspondence regarding the 3rd swimsuit but was notified by Crystal on 1/13/2024 that the 3rd swimsuit is out of stock. Well, I can still order the swimsuit on the website??? AND due to pandemic times (really) they have not control over the shipping. Well, printing a shipping lable does not mean the order has been shipped. I requested that my entire order be cancelled. Crystal will not cancel the entire order as she states the order has already shipped. If it was shipped, the tracking number would be tracking the items correct? Well, it's not. Going back and forth with Crystal to cancel this order has continued into nothingness. This company has no standards and does not care about customers. Stay away from this company for your own peace of mind. Still being charged for 3 swimsuits and MAYBE getting 2? We shall see.
