His knowledge across every watch brand is mind-blowing. He guided us into two amazing timepieces — the Hulk and a Platinum Day-Date — and he was right when he told me people would constantly ask about the Hulk! What began as simple window shopping turned into us leaving with two grails. Jonathan’s calm, welcoming approach made both me and my wife feel so comfortable and excited about building our collection. Most importantly, Jonathan also introduced us to Krissy on the Rolex side — and that introduction has been life-changing for our Rolex journey.On the new Rolex side, Krissy has been nothing short of incredible. From the very first moment, she made both of us feel truly special. She explained the history and legacy of Rolex in detail, placed us on the right wish lists immediately, and always follows up with thoughtful updates. Krissy doesn’t just sell watches — she makes you feel like family while guiding you in shaping your collection. She has played such an important role in helping me and my wife start creating a legacy collection that means so much to us.Kevin has also been fantastic, sharing Rolex insights alongside Krissy, and their teamwork shows just how much they value every client.The hospitality here is unmatched. Anesha welcomed us warmly with coffee and drinks, and even the support staff impressed us — one associate was carefully wiping under the showcases to make sure everything stayed spotless. The attention to detail is incredible and reflects the pride this team has in their boutique.The whole environment is calm, relaxing, and pressure-free. Every visit feels like an experience, not just shopping.
