Overall, WOS is a great company! Although I had an issue with kenwood. Their host, greeter is terrible. My wife and I were there to buy a watch and were asked if we wanted drinks. I asked if I could get a sparkling water and she brought me regular drinking water and I asked if she could get sparkling and she gives me this dirty look as if it were a chore to get it. Robin, my sales rep, who is great by the way, tried to make us as comfortable as possible after the horrendous experience we had with this young lady. I will shop WOS again but minus the drinks.
Watches of Switzerland delivered a seamless buying experience. When I requested that the watch arrive on a specific day, they delivered EXACTLY as requested. Joanna was my account rep and she was incredibly attentive and helpful. The watch arrived before noon on the day requested and everything was in perfect condition! I will definitely use Watches of Switzerland for future purchases.
I cannot say enough about my incredible experience at Watches of Switzerland, Plano Legacy West.On the Pre-Owned and luxury brands side, Jonathan is simply outstanding. His knowledge across every watch brand is mind-blowing. He guided us into two amazing timepieces — the Hulk and a Platinum Day-Date — and he was right when he told me people would constantly ask about the Hulk! What began as simple window shopping turned into us leaving with two grails. Jonathan’s calm, welcoming approach made both me and my wife feel so comfortable and excited about building our collection. Most importantly, Jonathan also introduced us to Krissy on the Rolex side — and that introduction has been life-changing for our Rolex journey.On the new Rolex side, Krissy has been nothing short of incredible. From the very first moment, she made both of us feel truly special. She explained the history and legacy of Rolex in detail, placed us on the right wish lists immediately, and always follows up with thoughtful updates. Krissy doesn’t just sell watches — she makes you feel like family while guiding you in shaping your collection. She has played such an important role in helping me and my wife start creating a legacy collection that means so much to us.Kevin has also been fantastic, sharing Rolex insights alongside Krissy, and their teamwork shows just how much they value every client.The hospitality here is unmatched. Anesha welcomed us warmly with coffee and drinks, and even the support staff impressed us — one associate was carefully wiping under the showcases to make sure everything stayed spotless. The attention to detail is incredible and reflects the pride this team has in their boutique.The whole environment is calm, relaxing, and pressure-free. Every visit feels like an experience, not just shopping. My husband and I have been shopping at Watches of Switzerland located in American Dream mall, NJ, for the past few years now. Our AD, Philip, is hands down the best AD! He is friendly, patient, and respectful. Philip listened attentively to our interests in the various Rolex watches that we are looking to purchase. He provided his feedbacks, educated us at times, and made it happened for us. Much appreciated for always providing us with the best client services. Adela, who is one of the managers, is equally friendly and respectful. Greatly encouraged everyone to come and visit the boutique.
Very good customer service representative, and I appreciated that! And I am pleased with my new watch. My only complaint is the requirement for adult signature upon delivery, especially because FedEx initially promised one day, then rescheduled for the next day (anytime before 8pm - ha!). Very inconvenient for my wife or me to stay home all that time waiting on the package! It would be nice to give options: we could easily pick it up at a nearby FedEx store, for instance. Or sign off on home delivery with no signature required. We would not have a problem with that. I would completely understand the requirement if it was a $30,000+ watch, but this was only $1,800.
