Very good customer service representative, and I appreciated that! And I am pleased with my new watch. My only complaint is the requirement for adult signature upon delivery, especially because FedEx initially promised one day, then rescheduled for the next day (anytime before 8pm - ha!). Very inconvenient for my wife or me to stay home all that time waiting on the package! It would be nice to give options: we could easily pick it up at a nearby FedEx store, for instance. Or sign off on home delivery with no signature required. We would not have a problem with that. I would completely understand the requirement if it was a $30,000+ watch, but this was only $1,800.
