Shocking customer service...been a loyal customer for years but now you have to wait for 2 days to get response via email, the phone number wants you to leave a message and when returning an item you get this very high handed message basically saying that they MAY accept the return. Then there is another delay working out what is the next step. UK statutory rights say that we are allowed to send anything we have not seen in person back within 14 days of receipt. Seems to me that customers should spend money with them but not bother them if there is a problem. Never used to be like this
