I ordered the little twin stars collection when it launched. I never received any shipping notification yet they say it has been delivered and I don't have it. I have reached out to several times over the past week and they are refusing to help me or do anything to find my package. I spent over $100 on this collection and other items. That is a lot of money and it seems to me like they don't seem to care at all. They just keep telling me it's my responsibility to contact FedEx in that they can't do it when then fact they definitely can and should. They're just doing everything they can to try to get rid of me by sending me automated messages and ignoring me.
