Will your order actually come, mine didn't

I ordered both chameleon lip glosses on August 8th. August 18th they told me they would finally be getting in the mail that week. August 25th I'm notified that the printing label has been printed however my lip glosses we're not packaged and ready to go. I checked back on the 27th, still not mailed out so I request a cancellation. They canceled my order yes, did they give me my money back no. I hope you don't have the same trouble with this company I did. I thought wet and wild was a good company. I was wrong. I guess I should have known better than ordering from a company that supports Trump.

Eyeliners are BREAKABLE!!!

Eyeliners are BREAKABLE although they claim UNBREAKABLE!! Every one I've purchased has broke within the very first use!!!!! I plan to reach out to the Attorney General's office as this is false advertisement!

What a crappy mat primer does nothing for me

Clicks cosmetics told me the mat primer is the best after I told her my t-zone ia super oily. Well so I got it what a bunch of crap product. I have been in Cosmetics 7 years and I wasted money on this product.

Poor product. The last 4 or 5 retractable gel…

The last 4 or 5 retractable gel eyeliners are junk. The gel stick falls out of the pencil. If it don’t breaks and put it back in, then it won’t come out. Big waste of my money!!!! Have not had this problem before.

Has everything the local stores don't!

Had a good sale going on, so decided to buy the eyebrow pencil that they are always out of at my local stores. Got good deals and they shipped quickly and safely. I'm happy with everything and will probably buy from them again when the pencil runs out :)

They advised me wrong, then wouldn't refund me.

They advised me what I was buying was the correct model, and it was not. I realised this and they refused to refund me or give me the correct model, which despite being available on the website apparently doesn't exist.

Buyers beware

I ordered the little twin stars collection when it launched. I never received any shipping notification yet they say it has been delivered and I don't have it. I have reached out to several times over the past week and they are refusing to help me or do anything to find my package. I spent over $100 on this collection and other items. That is a lot of money and it seems to me like they don't seem to care at all. They just keep telling me it's my responsibility to contact FedEx in that they can't do it when then fact they definitely can and should. They're just doing everything they can to try to get rid of me by sending me automated messages and ignoring me.
