We sent WholeTiles several questions, and each one was answered within minutes. First, we ordered a sample. It was well packed and arrived when promised. Next, we ordered a 4 ft wide shower threshold. It also arrived when promised, and it was packed so well that there is absolutely no way it could have broken.
