I ordered 2-samples stone sills from Whole Tiles and received them almost immediately. They had the products and color I wanted and within one week I had the sills I ordered in New Mexico. We sent WholeTiles several questions, and each one was answered within minutes. First, we ordered a sample. It was well packed and arrived when promised. Next, we ordered a 4 ft wide shower threshold. It also arrived when promised, and it was packed so well that there is absolutely no way it could have broken. I wish we had found this company earlier on in our bathroom remodel! We will not hesitate to order from Whole Tiles again.
Lynda is rude and gives an attitude. I returned a marble bathroom vanity piece because of a hole in it and she told me thats how marble is. I ended up returning it. Turns out I was listed as a “problem client” because of the return. I bought a marble piece elsewhere and no holes!
I recently ordered a marble shower niche shelf in Botticino Beige from Whole Tiles. The package arrived when promised and in good condition. The packing job was excellent! But when I saw the shelf, I was disappointed. The color was very different than the sample I had ordered previously. I emailed the company and explained the issue. They sent me the correct shelf very quickly and it was perfect! I didn't even have to return the original shelf. I was very pleased with the product and their service.
Purchased a shower threshold from them, it arrived in only 3 days however it was cracked, The packing was very good so I’m thinking it was mishandled during delivery which was not Wholetiles fault, in any case I immediately called them and they were able to replace, I drove to their warehouse in New Hersey and actually someone waited for me to arrive which was great! When I arrived they brought out the new one and took the one which was cracked. I can’t express the satisfaction we had with this Company I see several negative posts so I was uncertain, The lady answered on my first call and when I was running late to pick up replacement, I called and left a VM and she called me right back. I will use them again because of my experience as I have nothing negative to say.
I didnt have the problems others have had.I asked for the UPS tracking number in their chat box. They emailed it over to me. The package (quartz threshold) came several days later. There were no chips in the threshold. It was well packaged in a type of styrofoam envelope.My state is close to New Jersey so maybe that makes a difference. But the threshold was so well packed, I think it could have made San Fransisco unscathed.
Placed an order 10-days ago and have yet to receive my order or even receive word on when it will be shipped. Sent email and placed a phone call and no one called back for responded. My job is now behind schedule. I would give no stars if I could. Beware of this company!
I ordered two 5 footer threshold tile from them. First box opened was OK but then the second box, the tile was broken (not packaged well). I let them know what happened and took some pictures of the broken tile yesterday and today i receive the replacement tile. Very happy with the quality of tiles and the fast response of the customer service, thanks guysMajid
