Had mist in some double glazed windows.Explained also had some minor condensation problems.Glass and seals replaced very quickly, near and tidy work.To cut a long story short, defective seals and maybe quality of glass? have caused me problems for nearly a year. Excessive condensation and rain coming in through all opening windows.January 2020 Paul told me he had new seals and would book me in. Unresponsive to messages. Then Covid Covid19. Finally responded on WhatsApp in October after sending photo evidence. Paul had a bad back. Now fit and well. Still not booked in for remedial action. I am 65+ years old, with health and mobility issues, mopping up water, lived here for 35 years, unbelievable what I have had to cope with. Replaced the bedroom window where I sleep last month for my health by JH glazing, no condensation.I think Paul and son should have said, get new double glazing don't waste £3000+ on defective seals and new glass. Maybe good for small jobs? Customer Service satisfaction ... NIL
