Paul replaced 2 glass units in each of 2 large bays. (4 units in total). Easily managed despite limited access due to installed wooden shutters. Also replaced hinges on a dodgy opener. Very proficient, professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended! Very easy to do business with and a friendly helpful person!
I’ve used Paul several times in the past for problems with window and door fittings for both my last and current properties. Today I called Paul out to fix a problem with my UPVC door. After googling I assumed I’d need a new fitting but it turned out it just needed WD40! Although Paul went out of his way he refused to take a penny. I’ll be calling Paul next time I have a window or door issue but I’ll be sure to check with oil first 🙂
Fast and friendly service by Paul and his son replacing a large patio door unit. From making a call on Monday it was replaced by Friday morning. The door looked a total eyesore as moisture had got in due to a faulty handle. I’d left it as I thought the whole patio door would have to be replaced and I couldn’t afford that. Paul replaced the pane for a very reasonable price and in less than an hour.
Paul has done several jobs for from repairing hinges to replacing "misted" panels. He is prompt to respond to give an estimate and then the work is completed usually a couple of weeks later. The most recent job completed today is first class, as always. Paul and now his 2 sons are very professional and do a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and his team.
I had my windows done early February 2022 where he replaced a handful of window panes and a couple of handles, and at that time I felt that the service was good and at a fair price. Things went down hill when I started having issues and had to call and message him many times to get any response to a point where I felt like a stalker. He eventually came round and looked at the issues and he said all the right things, said he would replace the blown glass under warranty and will try and find replacement handles to solve the other issue. Then I never heard from him again. I sent and left countless messages and heard nothing in reply. I haven’t heard from him since 9th April when he promised to set everything right. His warranty, his words and his promises mean nothing. He has no integrity and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.
Very pleased with the service from this company. Paul responded to my enquiry quickly and came round to measure up and give us a quote which was extremely reasonable. It took him and his sons only a couple of hours to replace 17 window panes and fix several other 'dodgy' windows which apparently needed replacement hinges (which they threw in for free). They were also very pleasant with it, including being considerate of my sleeping baby! The windows are perfect. Excellent service, excellent prices, I will definitely contact them again in case of any future window issues!
Have booked Paul in more than once for repair to windows. Paul is reliable, reasonable, turns up when agreed and fixes without fuss. Paul was honest enough to say I didn’t need brackets for one window and fixed simply by using a screwdriver! Many thanks, Paul.
