Awful experience ordering on yslbeauty.com.au. I purchased a libre intense perfume on 24 April with a gift with purchase. After waiting 2 weeks for my order to be sent I asked if they had my order only to be told to wait. After waiting another week I was told my order didn’t go into their system and if I wanted to cancel it. I said I still wanted it. After waiting another week I was told the gift with purchase was out of stock, then the next day I was told the perfume was out of stock snd my order would be cancelled.BUYER BEWARE do not buy on this website. They are owned by L’Oréal and they are not equipped to deal with luxury buyers. Buy at myer or David jones instead and you won’t have any issues.
