Awful experience ordering on yslbeauty.com.au. I purchased a libre intense perfume on 24 April with a gift with purchase. After waiting 2 weeks for my order to be sent I asked if they had my order only to be told to wait. After waiting another week I was told my order didn’t go into their system and if I wanted to cancel it. I said I still wanted it. After waiting another week I was told the gift with purchase was out of stock, then the next day I was told the perfume was out of stock snd my order would be cancelled.BUYER BEWARE do not buy on this website. They are owned by L’Oréal and they are not equipped to deal with luxury buyers. Buy at myer or David jones instead and you won’t have any issues.
My husband ordered for Christmas the YSL Mon Paris gift set. He received a YSL pencil case. When he called they said well it’s out of stock and to just keep the little case. Wait what so where was the perfume set that wasn’t out of stock when he initially ordered it or the offer of replacing it with something similar?! I’m absolutely astounded that they did not even send an email notification indicating the out of stock purchase but would just ship a pencil case that was worthless as the perfume set and assume that the purchaser would be ok with it! In addition, he wasn’t offered another solution like a different set or get the perfume and travel spray separately. Loved this designer brand but now I’m just not as big as a fan due to their lack of consumer support.
Horrible customer service. My order didn’t arrive. 3 calls with they’re cust service later and they failed to follow through with the claim to UPS then they failed to give me a refund when they said they were going to and now they want to go back to the Claim and see if UPS can give confirmation. At the end of the day, I did not get my product and I have spent over two hours working with their customer service. I’m never going to buy with them again.
So I ordered La nuit de lhomme a few days ago for a gift for friend. However I was expecting delivery today but the DHL shipping company stated (they couldn’t find my address) seriously? Why choosing the worst shipping company in Germany I was literally outside my front door all morning they didn’t even pass by the street it’s all now ruined due to the mood of the dhl guy who didn’t feel like deliver today so they just resend the package to the company!!!!! Worst experience ever I expect a solution either choose different decent shipping company or make a full refund.
Ordered Black Opium perfume from YSL Beauty. Paid $8 for shipping and never received from UPS. I called them and had to file a claim with UPS and they will not refund my money or send another bottle until UPS decides to settle the claim. I ordered this for Christmas 2023 and they could not guarantee they would even have it in stock when the claim was settled to ship another bottle so I went and bought another bottle from Sephora so my daughter would have it for Christmas. I am still waiting for UPS to settle the claim so I can get a refund. Very bad customer service and unreliable. Will never order from them again.
Mary, David, Diana and Lorena from their customer service did not help. I placed an order with YSL Beauty and they shipped the order incorrectly. This was a gift for my fiancés mother and my mother on our wedding day which I expressed multiple times when addressing the error to them. Took a week for them to “reprocess” and continue to just say they are too busy to expedite or help me adjust the shipping address because they were too busy from their sale and because it is December. I understand engravements take time but I work in that industry, when something needs to be expedited it can be done. This was extremely poor service from them and I am so disappointed with how I was treated from such a well known brand.
