My husband ordered for Christmas the YSL Mon Paris gift set. He received a YSL pencil case. When he called they said well it’s out of stock and to just keep the little case. Wait what so where was the perfume set that wasn’t out of stock when he initially ordered it or the offer of replacing it with something similar?! I’m absolutely astounded that they did not even send an email notification indicating the out of stock purchase but would just ship a pencil case that was worthless as the perfume set and assume that the purchaser would be ok with it! In addition, he wasn’t offered another solution like a different set or get the perfume and travel spray separately. Loved this designer brand but now I’m just not as big as a fan due to their lack of consumer support.
