Mary, David, Diana and Lorena from their customer service did not help. I placed an order with YSL Beauty and they shipped the order incorrectly. This was a gift for my fiancés mother and my mother on our wedding day which I expressed multiple times when addressing the error to them. Took a week for them to “reprocess” and continue to just say they are too busy to expedite or help me adjust the shipping address because they were too busy from their sale and because it is December. I understand engravements take time but I work in that industry, when something needs to be expedited it can be done. This was extremely poor service from them and I am so disappointed with how I was treated from such a well known brand.
