DO NOT EVER BUY GOODS FROM .yslbeauty.com.au/!!! their customer serivce s horrible and not allowing customer to tell truth on their review section!! they filter all bad reviews n only show good ones, which i found very disgusting. i bought a lipstick on a Monday then on the next day i recieved an email says that my order has been dispatched, without attaching any tracking number or link. i rang them up after two days asking about the tracking number then they gave me one, which i found invalid after checking with aupost. so i had to ring them again after one day and then i got a totally different tracking number, this time it worked. the expreience s absolutely horrendous as they kept fooling their cusotmer and giving out wrong info, it would be ok if they just told me that they were preparing my order and its gonna take a few days but instead of being honest to customer they just had to give me wrong info again and again, terrible customer service. i would never buy anything from this website again.
