I ordered a Hawaiian T shirt for my son in another Ozzie state, and it was too large, so asked would they exchange it please, for a smaller size? This was done immediately with no questions. My son will now remember his great holiday in America in the correct size shirt.I'm so pleased and am still amazed I did not have to answer 10,000 questions.I can't wait to tell everyone of the great service.
