However, I discovered that unless you buy six at a time for each dog, they won’t accept your receipt, and you can't use the rewards. This means that as the owner of four dogs, I would need to purchase 24 products, totaling $744. In contrast, a dog owner with just one dog who buys a six-month supply for $125 can participate in the rewards program. I called customer service to see if there was a workaround, but they informed me there isn’t. I am now exploring other options because this company could easily resolve this issue but has chosen not to.
