Cytopoint. Clearly this is a product included on your website & rewards program. I was unable to select the product. I called the help desk to inquire how I was able to enter the information. The representative asked me what state I was calling from... which is NE. She then told me that Cytopoint is only part of the program if you live on the east coast. This is misleading on your website AND by your company. I'm very disappointed in Zoetis. After submitting my invoice without the Cytopoint, the survey asked me which products were included on my submission. Amazingly, Cytopoint was included on that list. I'd like an explanation on why your company is disclosing that Cytopoint is part of the program, but then not allowing it for all states. As I mentioned, this is misleading!
Awful company - charge an extortionate amount of money for Apoquel - for many pets, a lifetime drug, so for my Newfoundland, who needs 180 tablets per prescription, it's £3.15 per 16mg tablet. That is a whopping £567.00 every 12 weeks. It is even more than that when the vet (yes that's you CVS) add on their cut to the price. It's emotional robbery - if my dog could use something else as effective I'd have her on it tomorrow. Oh, now UK law, I have to take her for a 'check up' every 12 weeks, too, in order to get the Godamned script, so that's another £97 to add to the cost. Lastly Zoetis only offer points for US customers on their website, not UK. Utter scum of a company.
So via a vet, solensia was administered to my perfectly healthy cat as a pain relief with a potential side effect of an itchy ear. 9 days later he is dead, with fluid in and out of his lungs with an aggressive cancer that he showed no signs of. Turns out solensia was 'approved' in 2022. Is there any long term data? No. It is just an experiment and a cash grab, leaving me with 5000gbp cost, a dead pet, countless hours of spending time at the vets and a family in pieces. Fantastic job, hope you are proud of yourselves
We have four dogs, so we spend about $125 a month on flea and tick medicine. I was excited about the possibility of earning rewards. However, I discovered that unless you buy six at a time for each dog, they won’t accept your receipt, and you can't use the rewards. This means that as the owner of four dogs, I would need to purchase 24 products, totaling $744. In contrast, a dog owner with just one dog who buys a six-month supply for $125 can participate in the rewards program. I called customer service to see if there was a workaround, but they informed me there isn’t. I am now exploring other options because this company could easily resolve this issue but has chosen not to.
After spending over a year paying an outrageous €325 for just 20 pills of one of Zoetis’ medications, I reached out to them with a simple question: can this be safely taken alongside another medication? My vet had doubts and needed confirmation. Their actual response was that they cannot provide information to me for legal reasons. So apparently, they can happily put a price of €325 per each 20 pills box, but giving basic information about possible contraindications? Nope – that’s too much to ask. I’ve contacted other pharmaceutical companies before and always received helpful, professional answers. Zoetis? Completely dismissive. If you’re looking for a company that cares for animals, don't charge outrageous prices and cares about transparency, customer service, or even basic decency – look elsewhere.
I signed up for the Zoetis Pet Care program through my vet. Revolution is expensive so it’s worth some hassle to get deals. The usability of this program is is very bad. I tried to upload receipts twice and they were denied both times and I asked myself. Why am I doing this? I had bought revolution three at a time from my vet and they wouldn’t accept it even though 3+3 = 6. I bought them inside the correct time window. The website was hard to use and rigid, and I couldn’t enter the correct into for my receipts. It was a colossal waste of time.
Just charge a fair price and stop with the ridiculous hoops of a complicated rewards program that is clearly intended to maximize profits not help animals. You are adding unnecessary levels of work and stress to get animals medication. That is a disgusting business practice. Trying to get help is a joke. Writing this review while sitting on hold for the rest of my morning waiting for a representative because your app is NOT helpful.
I recently emailed Zoetis asking for help because of unexpected financial problems an I wanted to see if they had discounts or coupons to help me with my dog's Apoquel. They replied that they didn't and that they hope my dog can continue her meds and that they have a rewards card, which I told them already that my card is expired cause its been 3 yrs. I just think that if they really cared about pets, they would lower their prices or give more financial help. My poor dog has been without her Cytopoint an Apoquel for months and she's a mess. Laura
