Not a rating of the tick medication product, which for all I know works just fine, rather it's a rating of their business practices: the Simparica I purchased came with a 15% rebate offer, only once I received it did I realize the offer is for "points" towards a future purchase of Zoetis products. Great, that's why I tend never to go for these rebates. Worse, I have submitted my receipt twice to the zoetis.com rebate page and twice I receive an automated message (after 1 week each time) that my rebate is rejected because "Cannot clearly read invoice/Missing necessary purchase details". Crystal clear scans of the receipt. I'll probably go through the trouble of calling customer service just because it's not right that businesses get away with this, but I will never purchase another product from zoetis (meaning this rebate will be useless anyway).
