THEIR error made into YOUR problem…

Contacted company after receiving an incorrect product. Made to jump through hoop after hoop, including sending and resending multiple photographs and my personal details over and over again. Unwilling to send out correct item (despite the fact that I need it to go on holiday) until they received the incorrect item back. Then had to chase again as four days after receiving the incorrect item, they've still not sent the right one back. This means I've had to contact Justmylook FIVE times and I've still not received the product that I've paid for. Their small discount is definitely not worth the hassle!

Con seller...not a real company.

although paid extra for next day delivery ..it took ten days..i bout 2 lynx bodysprays...it was buy 2 get one free...but instead of the normal 150ml cans...i recieved 3x35ml cans...never knew these existed...must be 'testers'...not botherin g to contact them as others on here have not been dealt with in a proper manner...please avoid

If i could rate it less I would. Package says dispatched 2 weeks ago, not received, maybe not their fault, however the countless ignored emails since and the lack of phone number are the issue, £160 down and no response, absolute joke!

My first order of 2 items

My first order of 2 items , one of them being wrong! I after sending several photos to prove the item isn’t what I ordered , also a copy of my order form , I have now been told I have to return this item through Royal Mail , arrange a collection , with Royal Mail , after doing all this , when they receive the order , they will then send out the correct item I originally ordered! , awful experience , I would not order again from this company, nothings straightforward with this company

So basically they sent my order out and decide to not tell me they didn’t know my house number and sent it out anyways so Royal Mail sent it back to them so I messaged support and they told me they can send it back out or give me a refund once they receive it they have now received it back as Royal Mail has told me it has been sent back to seller and there ai bot also told me they had received it back so I asked for it to be sent back out and now there lying to me saying they haven’t received it back when it’s been a week and they most definitely have

Don't use this Company bought a fifty…

Don't use this Company bought a fifty pound bottle of perfume it wasn't genuine it was Miracle by Lancome eau de perfume have another bottle at home and their not the same its fake and the smell doesn't last at all I'll never use them again.

Order at your own risk

Order at your own risk. They use an AI bot for customer service email which is very dodgy. Made an order in 2024 which took a week to be dispatched, almost had to report a problem with Klarna. This time (2025) I found a good priced product they offered so decided to chance it again. No delivery and it has been 2 weeks. Email customer service but only get a reply from an AI bot so no clear way to get through to a real person on email. Might have to report a problem for real this time to get my money back.

No customer service whatsoever

I was notified when the Catrice under eye brightening product became back in stock. I was delighted and placed my order straight away, adding other products to make it up to the amount required for free shipping. Waited patiently for my order which took a lot longer than it used to but hey ho. Then the day before my order was delivered, I received an email from Just my look telling me that the Catrice under eye brightener was no longer available and I would not be receiving it in my order! I contacted Customer Service for help and they were not interested at all! There was no apology at all and they could not have been less interested. This is my first order with this company within a few years and very likely my last. They used to be so much better. Wow! When you order an item and pay for it, you do expect to receive it!

Will not trust this company again

After 11 days I have still not received my goods , I keep sending emails but all I get is an automated email back saying the same thing, I've told them numerous times I want a refund I go on holiday in 3 days and I will now have to buy from elsewhere they owe me £24.38 which I have to pay out again I am very disgusted with justmylook. There is no way of getting in touch with them other than automated emails and you get the same one every time.
