This is my reply to your answer to me on Trust Pilot:-Order Reference: 28020761 (JML28020761)Order Status: Payment Received from PaypalPayment Method: PayPal ExpressDelivery Method: Royal Mail 48 TrackedI have sent several emails to JML stressing that I did not use the rollers because I found the fault straight away and took a photo as evidence which I sent to them the day after receiving the rollersIt cost me £6.95 postage to return them, however, they sent them back to me by Royal Mail last week which I refused to accept.Unbelievably they sent them back to me again, and today I advised Royal Mail that I refused to accept them, so once again they will be returned to the sender. After supplying them with the details they asked for, I expect a refund plus postage as per their website.RegardsWyn Jackson (Mrs)
