Written 11 months ago on Kickstarter websiteMy Wybot has stopped working altogether, and prior to stopping also had the charging problem. I have so far made 5 telephone calls to Wybot support, and had no response from their "service" team. And apparently you cannot talk to the service team.I have also sent multiple emails to Wybot support and have not received any response at all. This is very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. I am not sure who to try and contact next, but my Wybot Pool Cleaner has not worked since December last year, and this has been the summer that it was sorely needed in Australia. I need someone from Wybot Pool to actually get in touch with me and organise a replacent unit. Does anyone have any contact numbers for Wybot, apart from the support number in the USA?I am starting to feel that we have been ripped off.
